Marketing Proposal Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing compelling marketing proposals that effectively communicate our value propositions to potential clients. This role requires strong writing skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate across various departments to gather necessary information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and write comprehensive marketing proposals tailored to client needs and objectives.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to gather information and insights for proposal content.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client demands.
• Create and maintain a library of proposal templates and standard content.
• Ensure all proposals are consistent with company branding and messaging.
• Review and edit proposals for clarity, grammar, and compliance with client requirements.
• Manage multiple proposals simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in proposal writing or marketing communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with proposal management software.
