About the role:
- Process accounts transactions, invoices, and purchase orders
- Maintain accurate financial records and data entry
- Provide administrative support across finance and project teams
- Assist with site-based coordination and document management
- Manage reconciliations and general finance duties
- Assist the finance team with end of month duties
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in accounts, bookeeping or site-based finance administration
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a high-volume environment
- Proficiency across accounting systems and Microsoft Office
- Previous experience within mining, construction or civil environments is highly regarded
