岗位职责：
•多智能体协同框架研发： 构建具备任务推理、规划与执行能力的自主代理系统，设计并实现多Agent协作机制，保障复杂环境下的可靠协调与高效决策。
•Agent核心能力构建： 负责智能助手、智能客服等场景的技术攻关，设计可解释的Agent行为决策机制，优化推理链路与响应质量。
•LLM技术应用与优化： 基于主流LLM技术栈进行模型微调、推理优化及评估，提升Agent在实际业务场景中的准确性和稳定性。
•系统集成与落地： 协同产品、算法、工程团队完成系统集成，推动AI能力在Zoom生态中的创新落地，确保技术方案的可扩展性和工程化质量。
•技术创新与沉淀： 跟踪前沿AI Agent技术发展，探索新的推理框架与协作模式，输出技术文档与最佳实践，推动团队技术能力提升。
任职要求：
•硕士及以上学历，计算机、人工智能或相关专业，2年以上NLP/LLM/Agent研发经验（优秀应届博士生可放宽）。
•精通Transformer架构及主流LLM技术栈（如LangChain、LlamaIndex、AutoGen等），熟悉LLM微调、推理优化及评估方法论。
•具备多智能体系统开发经验，掌握ReAct、CoT、ToT等推理框架，理解Agent规划与执行机制。
•扎实的机器学习基础，熟悉知识图谱构建、RAG检索策略优化及Agent行为建模技术。
•具备良好的编程能力，熟练使用Python，熟悉常用深度学习框架（PyTorch/TensorFlow）。
•具备良好的沟通协作能力和团队合作精神，能够与跨职能团队高效配合。
•具备基本英语沟通能力（重点在读、写能力），能够阅读英文技术文档和参与英文邮件沟通。
加分项：
•在ACL/EMNLP/AAAI/NeurIPS等顶会发表过LLM/Agent相关论文或拥有相关专利。
•有智能助手、智能客服、对话系统等产品的实际落地经验。
•具有复杂多Agent系统的架构设计与工程实践经验。
•熟悉强化学习（RLHF/PPO等）在Agent行为训练中的应用。
•有开源项目贡献经验或活跃的技术社区参与经历。
•具备批判性思维，乐于接触和学习新鲜事物；有热情，有大局观，有担当。
