Required Skills:
- Excellent English conversational and communication skills
- Proven ability to navigate multiple computer screens and programs efficiently
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience working with computers in a Windows environment
- Previous experience in fraud, customer service, or call center operations
- Strong phone skills, typing proficiency, and active listening abilities
- Experience analyzing and investigating fraud cases
- Knowledge of fraud policies and compliance procedures
- Ability to work under pressure during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Familiarity with Slack or similar team communication tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year in a role involving customer interactions, fraud detection, or related fields
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, transitioning smoothly between office and remote settings
- Basic understanding of security and authentication processes
