East & South Toyota is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join its high-performing service team based in Manukau.

Key Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional customer service aligned with Toyota standards
- Booking vehicles in for servicing, repairs and maintenance
- Communicating repair requirements and service recommendations to customers
- Liaising with technicians and the parts department to ensure efficient workflow
- Providing customers with updates throughout the repair process
- Preparing service documentation, invoices and vehicle handovers
- Assisting with warranty and service administration
- Building strong relationships with both new and returning customers
About You
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor or similar customer facing automotive role
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant automotive industry experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
