Shift: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM | Monday–Friday
Pay: $16.00/hour

Job Summary
We're looking for a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join our production team. In this role, you'll support paint line operations by loading and unloading parts, preparing metal components for finishing, transporting materials, and helping maintain an efficient production process. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in producing quality results, and works safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You'll Be Doing
As a General Laborer, your core responsibilities will include:
  • Loading Parts: Hang and load metal parts onto the paint line according to production schedules and quality standards.
  • Unloading Finished Parts: Carefully remove powder-coated parts from the paint line and place them in designated areas to prevent damage.
  • Sandblasting Preparation: Operate sandblasting equipment to clean and prepare metal parts for powder coating, ensuring proper surface adhesion.
  • Material Handling: Transport raw materials and finished products throughout the facility and between buildings as needed.
  • Quality Inspection: Visually inspect parts before and after coating to identify defects or surface imperfections.
  • Maintaining Work Areas: Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe while following all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
In addition, you will assist with packaging, labeling, staging materials, and supporting other production functions as needed.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing, production, or general labor experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
  • Ability to stand, bend, twist, and reach for extended periods.
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors when transporting materials between buildings.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Skills
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to identify surface defects before and after coating.
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Comfortable operating sandblasting and basic production equipment.
  • Material Handling: Ability to safely move materials and finished products throughout the facility.
  • Reliability: Consistent attendance and ability to maintain production pace.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work efficiently with others to support daily production goals.
  • Safety Awareness: Commitment to following safety procedures and properly using personal protective equipment (PPE).
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods.
  • Ability to safely handle metal parts and production materials.
  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors as needed.
