Project Manager/Content Editor

You will be working in a project-focused role managing delivery across IT and digital projects. There is a mix of large and small projects including an ERP implementation, digital initiatives, infrastructure changes, and AI-related projects. A good understanding of IT in general along with digital projects and content editing is required. You will be experienced in working in agile development environments using Jira and have exposure to using Ai tools. Strong communication skills are needed to work with internal stakeholders, user groups, and external vendors/agencies.
  
Experience required:

• 3+ years' experience managing digital, IT, web, CRM, marketing technology or platform delivery projects.
• Experience working in agile delivery environments, including backlog management, sprint planning, QA/UAT and release coordination.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience coordinating internal teams, global stakeholders, vendors and agencies.
• Experience managing multiple projects, competing priorities, budgets, risks and dependencies.
• Practical experience with Jira and project management tools.
• Experience with CMS, website operations, marketing automation and digital campaigns.
• Practical experience using ChatGPT or other AI-enabled productivity tools in a professional environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to think strategically while remaining comfortable working hands-on with digital delivery activities.
