We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Product Analyst to join a high-performing Product & Marketing Analytics team within a leading global SaaS organisation. This role sits at the intersection of product, growth, and customer analytics, partnering closely with Product Managers, Marketing teams, and business stakeholders to drive data-informed decision making.
You'll play a key role in identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience, optimise conversion and retention, and influence product investment decisions through meaningful insights and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with Product Managers and Marketing stakeholders to identify, size, and prioritise growth opportunities.
• Analyse customer behaviour across the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition and activation through to engagement, retention, and expansion.
• Investigate customer journeys and identify friction points, drop-off trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop hypotheses and conduct deep-dive analysis to validate opportunities and support decision making.
• Design, analyse, and interpret experiments and A/B tests.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical datasets that enable teams to monitor performance and make informed decisions.
• Forecast, track, and report on key product and customer metrics.
• Present insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence strategy, product roadmaps, and growth initiatives.
About You
You are naturally curious, commercially aware, and passionate about using data to solve business challenges. You enjoy partnering with stakeholders, asking the right questions, and turning complex data into meaningful stories and recommendations.
• Experience in a Product Analyst, Growth Analyst, Marketing Analyst, Customer Analytics, or Data Analyst role.
• Strong experience working within SaaS, technology, digital product, marketplace, or subscription-based environments.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience querying large and complex datasets.
• Experience working with data platforms such as Snowflake, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Redshift, or similar.
• Experience using BI and visualisation tools such as Tableau and/or Hex
• Strong understanding of customer funnels, conversion, activation, retention, engagement, and lifecycle analytics.
• Experience designing and analysing experiments and A/B testing initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
