Seeking full-time APP to provide outpatient primary care to adult and geriatric patients.
Details:
Status: Full-time
Compensation: $105,000–$175,000/year
Role: Outpatient primary care
FM: Care across the lifespan
IM: Adult and geriatric primary care
Supervision: Indirect supervision by a collaborating physician
Responsibilities include:
Perform routine/annual physicals
Hypertension and diabetes management
URIs and UTIs
Dermatologic conditions
Diagnostic testing including CBCs, EKGs and X-rays
Medication management
Referral to specialists

Located 60 miles south of Rochester, NY. This quiet, affordable, outdoors-oriented place offers easy access to larger cities. One of the underrated advantages is that you're on the edge of the Finger Lakes region. The larger Finger Lakes—Keuka, Seneca, Canandaigua, etc.—give you access to wineries, breweries, restaurants, boating, hiking and weekend trips. Housing is dramatically less expensive than Rochester, Buffalo, Boston, NYC, or most desirable suburban markets.
