The Opportunity
We are partnering with a leading integrated destination and hospitality operator to appoint an accomplished Assistant Vice President / Vice President, Revenue Operations to lead the commercial and operational strategy across its attractions and destination experience portfolio.

This is a highly strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced commercial executive with a strong track record in retail, hospitality, attractions, or integrated resorts. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and exceptional guest experiences across multiple consumer touchpoints while leading large cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth
  • Develop and execute integrated commercial strategies that maximise revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction across multiple non-ticket revenue streams.
  • Lead long-term business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and investment initiatives to deliver sustainable commercial growth.
  • Drive pricing, promotional, and assortment strategies supported by data-driven insights and market trends.

Merchandising & Retail Operations
  • Oversee end-to-end merchandising strategy, including product assortment, category management, demand planning, inventory optimisation, sourcing, and vendor management.
  • Enhance retail productivity through operational excellence, inventory control, and supply chain optimisation.
  • Ensure merchandising strategies reinforce brand positioning and elevate the overall guest experience.

Food & Beverage & Culinary Excellence
  • Provide strategic leadership across diverse food and beverage operations, including restaurants, quick-service outlets, kiosks, catering, and events.
  • Partner with culinary teams to develop innovative menu concepts aligned with evolving consumer preferences and commercial objectives.
  • Drive operational efficiencies through cost optimisation, process improvement, and service excellence initiatives.

Guest Experience & Destination Innovation
  • Champion best-in-class guest experiences through integrated retail, dining, and attraction offerings.
  • Develop visual merchandising and experiential strategies that increase guest engagement, dwell time, and overall spend.
  • Leverage digital innovation and omnichannel solutions to enhance customer convenience, personalisation, and revenue opportunities.

Leadership & Organisational Development
  • Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary teams while fostering a high-performance, customer-centric culture.
  • Build organisational capabilities through talent development, succession planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to execute strategic business priorities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality, Retail Management, or a related discipline.
  • 15–20 years of progressive leadership experience within integrated resorts, attractions, hospitality, retail, entertainment, or other customer-centric industries.
  • Proven success managing large-scale commercial operations with full P&L accountability.
  • Strong expertise across retail merchandising, food & beverage operations, commercial strategy, and operational excellence.
  • Demonstrated experience leading transformation, business optimisation, and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Excellent financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, pricing strategies, and investment planning.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills with the ability to lead large, cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic, innovative, and commercially driven with a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
