Early Careers Programs Specialist – 12-Month Contract
Location: Singapore
Contract Duration: 12 Months

About the Role
Our client is looking for an Early Careers Programs Specialist to support the delivery of regional early talent programs across Asia Pacific.

You will work closely with the AP Programs team to coordinate and deliver programs including internships, graduate rotation programs and immersion initiatives. You will collaborate with recruiters, HR Business Partners, business leaders and global program teams to create a seamless and engaging experience for participants from onboarding through to program completion.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys program coordination, stakeholder engagement and event management, and is passionate about developing early-career talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Coordination: Support the end-to-end delivery of early careers programs, including onboarding, learning sessions, engagement activities and offboarding.
  • Event Management: Coordinate networking sessions, career workshops, recognition events and other program activities, ensuring smooth logistics and strong participant engagement.
  • Communications: Draft and coordinate program communications for participants, stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain program records, track attendance, gather feedback and prepare program metrics and reports.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, HR partners and cross-functional teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Employer Branding & Engagement: Support employer branding initiatives, including social media content, campus engagement and internal communications.
  • Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve program processes and participant experience.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, budget tracking and vendor coordination.
  • Events & Flexibility: Be comfortable supporting occasional evening or weekend events, approximately 15% of the time.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of experience in program coordination, HR, talent development, recruitment, events or a related field.
  • Experience in early careers, graduate programs or campus recruitment is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage with early-career talent and senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborative, proactive and delivery-focused, with strong ownership and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using data, feedback and insights to improve program delivery.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, CRM, survey, collaboration or reporting tools is a plus.
  • Technology- and AI-savvy, with an interest in using AI, automation, analytics and digital tools to improve processes and participant experiences.
  • Passionate about early-career talent development and creating engaging experiences for graduates and interns.
