Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of agribusiness and regional commercial clients
- Build trusted, long‑term relationships with family‑owned and enterprise agribusinesses
- Drive new customer acquisition and portfolio growth
- Assess credit, analyse cashflow and structure lending solutions
- Visit customers on site and remain active in the local market
- Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver tailored banking solutions
- Support customers through changing market and seasonal conditions
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in agribusiness or regional commercial banking
- Strong understanding of regional industries and agribusiness operations
- Proven relationship management and business development capability
- Confidence in credit assessment, cashflow analysis and deal structuring
- Customer‑first mindset with a focus on sustainable portfolio growth
- Strong local network, or the ability to build trusted referral partnerships
