Our client is a leading supplier of LPG, providing essential energy solutions to residential, commercial and industrial customers across all of Australia. They are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Tanker Offsider to join their Lytton crew.

About the role:

  • Assist the tanker driver with LPG deliveries to customers.
  • Help connect, operate and monitor delivery hoses.
  • Check hoses, fittings and equipment before and after deliveries.
  • Complete manual handling and move cylinders and equipment.
  • Assist with loading, unloading and general yard duties.
  • Keep the truck and work areas clean and tidy.
  • Follow all safety procedures when working around gas and equipment.
  • Start between 4am and 6am with shifts ranging from 8–12 hours.

About you:

  • Previous labouring, offsiding, trade assistant or yardhand experience.
  • Comfortable completing physical and repetitive work.
  • Happy to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
  • Able to follow instructions and strict safety procedures.
  • Good communication skills and able to work closely with a driver.
  • Current driver’s licence and reliable transport.
  • Willing to complete a pre-employment medical and police check.
  • Available to start ASAP.
