• Maintain planning master data, demand planning parameters, and forecast inputs within ERP, MRP, or advanced planning systems.
• Identify potential stockout, excess inventory, and slow-moving inventory risks and work cross-functionally to develop mitigation plans.
• Prepare recurring dashboards, reports, and executive summaries related to forecast performance, inventory health, and demand plan changes.
• Drive continuous improvement in demand planning processes, tools, reporting, and cross-functional communication.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Statistics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, production planning, sales forecasting, or a related supply chain function.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting.
• Experience working with ERP, MRP, demand planning, or advanced planning systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and present planning recommendations clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, industrial products, consumer goods, or other complex supply chain environments.
• Working knowledge of S&OP, inventory management, production planning, material planning, and customer service processes.
• Experience with planning tools such as SAP, Oracle, and QAD (highly desirable)
• Experience using Power BI or other reporting and analytics tools.
• Understanding of statistical forecasting methods, forecast accuracy metrics, safety stock, reorder points, and inventory optimization concepts.

• Thermal Solutions: Materials like gap fillers and phase-change materials that fill microscopic air gaps, lower thermal resistance, and cool down components
• EMI Mitigation: Electromagnetic products including microwave absorbers, conductive elastomers, and gaskets that shield devices from stray electromagnetic interference.
• Multifunction Solutions: Integrated materials that simultaneously mitigate EMI and transfer heat in high-density devices.
