We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Integrated Project Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day delivery and success of our client work.

3 month ftc - Full time with 2 days in the office

At the heart of the team, this is a highly client-facing role responsible for driving projects forward from initial brief through to final delivery. You’ll build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring projects are well planned, effectively managed and delivered to the highest standard.
Acting as the link between strategy, creative, production, media and client teams, you’ll bring structure, clarity and momentum to the account, making sure everyone is aligned and the work is delivered on time, within budget and to the agreed scope.
You'll be naturally organised and solutions-focused, with the confidence to take ownership, anticipate challenges and keep things moving. Equally, you'll thrive in a fast-paced creative environment where priorities can evolve and a pragmatic, hands-on approach is essential.
Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of client accounts, ensuring all projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and within agreed scope.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships, confidently managing day-to-day communication, expectations and challenges.
  • Lead project planning and workflows from initial briefing through strategy, creative development, production and final delivery.
  • Manage multiple workstreams across integrated campaigns, social and content-led activity, ensuring teams remain aligned on priorities, timings and responsibilities.
  • Work collaboratively with strategy, creative, production, media and specialist partners to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to delivery.
  • Own project timelines, budgets, scopes and resource requirements, maintaining strong commercial oversight and financial control.
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies and potential challenges, developing solutions before they impact delivery.
  • Lead effective project status meetings, maintaining clear documentation, tracking actions and ensuring accountability across the team.
  • Manage client feedback and internal amends processes, balancing client expectations with creative quality and delivery requirements.
  • Oversee quality control across all project outputs, ensuring work meets the required standards before delivery.
  • Support senior account and agency leadership with project reporting, forecasting, account health updates and key client meetings.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows and ways of working, championing greater efficiency and collaboration across the account.
Experience & Skills
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within a creative, advertising, social or integrated agency environment, with the ambition and capability to take the next step.
  • Strong client-facing experience, with the confidence and judgement to build trusted relationships and lead day-to-day client conversations.
  • Experience delivering integrated campaigns and social-first, content-led projects, ideally for FMCG, consumer or household brands.
  • A strong understanding of the end-to-end project lifecycle, including briefing, strategy, creative development, production and delivery.
  • Demonstrable experience managing budgets, scopes, timelines and resources across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain oversight of complex projects and competing priorities.
  • A proactive, solutions-led mindset, with the ability to anticipate challenges, take ownership and drive projects forward.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to bring clarity to complex situations while keeping multiple stakeholders aligned.
  • A balance of strong project management discipline and commercial awareness, alongside the flexibility and pragmatism needed in a creative environment.
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys bringing people together and enabling others to produce their best work.
  • Comfortable working at pace, adapting to changing priorities and maintaining perspective on the bigger picture.
What Success Looks Like
  • Client accounts run smoothly, with clear ownership, effective planning and minimal surprises.
  • Clients feel confident, informed and supported, viewing the agency team as a trusted and valued partner.
  • Internal teams have the clarity, information and time they need to deliver their best work.
  • Projects are commercially well managed and delivered on time, within budget and to the agreed scope.
  • Creative quality is protected throughout the delivery process.
  • Risks and challenges are identified early and addressed proactively.
  • Strong, collaborative and efficient ways of working are embedded and continually developed across the account.
