A well-established healthcare organization in Chicago is seeking a BC/BE Hematologist-Oncologist (preferred) or Oncologist to join a growing multidisciplinary cancer program with a strong referral network and a collaborative, patient-centered practice environment.

Position Highlights:

  • Full-time Hematology/Oncology opportunity with flexibility for qualified Oncology candidates
  • Established referral base and strong community demand for cancer and blood disorder services
  • Opportunity to develop and grow both hematology and oncology patient panels
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of surgeons, radiologists, nurses, and specialty providers
  • Participate in tumor boards, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives

  • Focus on evidence-based, compassionate care across a broad spectrum of hematologic and oncologic conditions


Qualifications:

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology preferred
  • Oncology candidates with appropriate training will also be considered
  • Eligible for Illinois medical licensure
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and patient-care skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered cancer care

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation range of $450K–$550K annually
