About the role:

  • Operating a counterbalance forklift to move timber and building materials
  • Loading and unloading trucks
  • Strapping and securing loads for transport
  • Picking and preparing orders
  • Replenishing stock
  • Maintaining yard
  • Completing manual handling tasks as required

About you:

  • Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift
  • Experience working with timber, building supplies or heavy materials (highly regarded)
  • Current LF Ticket
  • Confidence handling long and bulky loads
  • A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
  • The ability to perform manual handling tasks and work outdoors
  • A reliable, punctual and team-oriented attitude
  • Drivers Licence and reliable transport
