The Channel Account Manager is responsible for driving Zooms' platform sales through our reselling channel partners. The position is part of the DACH Channel Team and reports to the Channel Leader for the Central region.
If you have Channel Account Management experience with a proven track record in driving sales pipeline and MRR through a large indirect partner sales channel, this role presents an excellent opportunity.

What we’re looking for
Minimum of 5-7 years of channel sales experience, direct strategic sales experience being a plus
Able to manage complex channel and partner engagements, maintaining senior-level relationships, and coordinating multiple stakeholders across functions and territories
Experience in in UCaaS, CCaaS and the partner business
Have experience in handling large-scale, complex and strategic channel partnerships
Able to manage complex sales motions, strategic selling, and solution-based approaches
Have a self-driven mindset with commitment to continuous learning, technology adaptation, and positive can-do attitude
Be fluent in English, Polish and ideally another language of the region
