Telehandler Operators

We are currently looking for ticketed Telehandler Operators to assist on a high-priority range of commercial and residential projects across Melbourne’s inner suburbs, including the CBD, Inner East, Inner North, and Southbank. There is the potential for an immediate start, consistent ongoing work, and regular overtime for reliable operators.

We offer highly competitive above-award pay rates, penalty rates, and weekly pay.

With a major surge in inner-city developments, the demand for ticketed machinery operators—specifically Telehandler Operators—has skyrocketed. We require skilled operators who can safely manage site logistics, handle material placement in tight access environments, and keep our sites running smoothly. All positions offer strong potential for long-term placement.

While Telehandler Operators are our immediate top priority, we also have an ongoing demand for electrical spotters, EWP operators, and hoist operators across these sites.

DESIRABLE TICKETS
CN / Non-Slewing Mobile Crane / Telehandler Ticket (Gold Card / RII)
Electrical Spotting Ticket (with valid First Aid and CPR)
Working at Heights and Confined Spaces
EWP / Boom Lift Ticket (Above & Below 11m)
Material and Personnel Hoist Operator
Forklift Ticket (LF)
Dogman / Rigger Ticket

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Current Telehandler Ticket with proven operating experience
White Card
Minimum 12-18 months on-site experience in material handling or heavy civil/commercial construction
Full PPE (Steel caps, high-vis, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves)
Strong spatial awareness and confidence operating in compact inner-city site footprints Reliable transportation (Car desirable, but public transport accessible across most inner-suburb sites)
