Job Location: Twinsburg, OH
 
Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits: $17/ hr/ 7 AM- 3 PM OR 11 PM- 7 AM
 
Job Description:                                                          
 
         Follow prescribed Safety Regulations and immediately report any unsafe conditions to the Safety Coordinator.
         Ability to follow instructions, read and understand Attribute Sheets, gages, Work Instructions, set up sheets etc.
         Perform daily paperwork requirements and fill out timecards accurately.
         Ability to identify defects and understand the level of quality that the customer demands.
         Report any machine problems to supervisor immediately.
         Maintain housekeeping for machine and area at the end of your shift or before moving to another operation.
         Understand CNC machine fundamentals and basic operation including offset and tooling changes.
         Performs daily maintenance on machines. (i.e.-coolant, lube levels, remove and replace chip containers properly, etc.)
         Efficiently keep machine running and production consistent.     
         Quality Policy Awareness and compliance with the company’s employee handbook policies and procedures.
         Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet production demands.
