A hospital-employed medical group north of Sacramento, California, is seeking a BC/BE Critical Care Physician to practice within a high-acuity ICU supported by a collaborative, mission-driven clinical environment and strong institutional resources.

Position Highlights:

  • Inpatient-only ICU practice within a 226-bed acute care hospital
  • 12-hour day shifts with a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off schedule, including weekend coverage during service blocks
  • Average ICU census of approximately 7 patients per physician
  • No outpatient responsibilities
  • No additional call requirements
  • Strong multidisciplinary support in a high-performing critical care environment
  • Hospital holds an “A” Grade from the Leapfrog Group for patient safety and quality
  • Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary of $550K–$600K annually (based on experience and FMV) plus productivity bonus
