Barker Ross – Order Voice Pickers (Bilsthorpe, Newark, NG22)

Barker Ross is currently recruiting Order Voice Pickers for a well-established client based in Bilsthorpe, Newark. This is an excellent opportunity offering temporary-to-permanent employment for the right candidates.

Hours of Work

Shift patterns available:

  • Sunday to Thursday: 21:00 – 06:00
  • Sunday to Thursday: 17:00 – 01:00

Pay Rate

  • £13.33 per hour
  • £50 weekly night shift allowance (paid when all shifts are completed)
  • Overtime rate: £19.99 per hour

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Voice picking using warehouse systems
  • Moving stock around the warehouse using pump truck and PPT
  • Processing inbound and outbound orders
  • Occasional heavy lifting (up to 25kg)

Please note: This is a temperature-controlled environment. Full PPE suitable for cold store conditions will be provided.

Important Information

  • Induction and training are fully paid
  • Candidates must be available to attend a full 5-day training week (Monday–Friday, 09:00/10:00 – 18:00) during their first week
