The Role:

• Manage project procurement and subcontractor packages
• Prepare, negotiate and administer subcontracts
• Monitor project costs, budgets and cash flow
• Assess variations, progress claims and payment schedules
• Work closely with Project Managers and Site Teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
