Architect / Senior Architect

Vivid Recruitment is working with a well-established national architecture practice seeking a Registered Architect to join their Brisbane team.

This is an opportunity to work across technically complex and large-scale institutional projects spanning defence, civic, education, and government sectors.

The studio has a strong pipeline of work and is looking for someone who enjoys detailed documentation, consultant coordination, and delivering projects through complex compliance environments.

We are also open to speaking with experienced Senior Architects with relevant project backgrounds.

The Role
You’ll work closely with senior leadership and project teams across a range of technically demanding projects, contributing from documentation through to construction administration.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparation of tender and construction documentation
• Documentation of construction details and building applications
• BIM coordination and consultant coordination
• Contract administration and responding to RFIs
• Site inspections and reporting
• Coordination with clients and external consultants
• Supporting design development and technical delivery
• Attending project meetings and preparing meeting minutes

What We’re Looking For:

• Registered Architect
• Strong Revit capability
• Experience across defence, civic, education, government, or institutional projects
• Strong technical documentation skills
• Construction administration experience
• Understanding of compliance-heavy project environments
• Ability to coordinate consultants and manage technical packages
• Good communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams

Software Experience Preferred experience across:

• Revit (essential)
• AutoCAD
• Adobe Suite
• Photoshop
• Enscape

Security Clearance Requirements Applicants must be Australian Citizens.
Candidates are required to either:

• Hold a current Baseline Security Clearance, or
• Be willing to obtain one

Support will be provided throughout the clearance application process.
