Apply directOur client is seeking an Internal Customer Sales Administrator to join their busy team based in Little Island. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing first-class support to both customers and the external sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries relating to pricing, stock, deliveries, invoicing and product quality.
- Process sales orders accurately and maintain all associated documentation.
- Provide timely support to customers and liaise with the external sales team to ensure queries are resolved efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and carry out data entry to a high standard.
- Support the sales function with day-to-day administrative duties.
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as required.
About You
- Previous experience in a customer service, internal sales or sales administration role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using SAP would be an advantage.
