What you will do

  • Study and understand the company’s services and their benefits for users
  • Translate technical details into benefits for the user
  • Follow and analyze market trends to position our services
  • Become deeply knowledgeable about ’s target audiences and buyer/user personas
  • Develop a services marketing program (incl. documentation, tools, promotions, launches) to support sales’ needs
  • Craft and localize a variety of content assets across marketing channels - explanatory materials (ppt/pdf) for use by sales, external presentations (content & speaking), web content, customer-facing promotional materials
  • Collaborate closely with various teams – product/services, sales (high touch and partner), customer satisfaction, sales engineers, marketing (digital, event, etc) to implement service marketing activities
  • Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and success measures to constantly evolve our service marketing activities
  • Keep all relevant stake holders up-to-date with regular, concise, and clear reporting on results of activities, and development of upcoming initiatives

 

Requirements

What we look for

  • 5-10 years of product marketing experience
  • Technology industry experience (cybersecurity preferred)
  • Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, high growth environment
  • Strong communication (writing & presentation) skills
  • Demonstrated sales support and training experience
  • Analytical and data-driven
  • Skilled use of ppt, pdf, excel, etc. (photoshop, illustrator, etc. are a plus)
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and not afraid to ask questions
  • Native-level Japanese language ability
  • Fluent in English
  • Self-starter able to work under pressure
  • Creative, curious, fun, team player
