Lettings Associate

Collins Property Recruitment is partnering with an international, award-winning property brand to recruit a driven and high-performing Lettings Associate to join their established team in Central London.

This opportunity is ideal for a proven lettings professional with strong market knowledge and a consistent billing history, looking to work with a premium brand and a high-quality rental portfolio.

Key Responsibilities of the Lettings Associate:

• Manage and let a diverse portfolio of residential properties across Central London.
• Generate and qualify applicants, conducting viewings and managing negotiations.
• Secure lets and progress deals from offer through to completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Provide a high level of customer service throughout the lettings process.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with lettings legislation.

Requirements to join as Lettings Associate:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential lettings, specifically within the Central London market.
• Proven track record of minimum annual bankings of £350,000.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the Central London lettings market.
• Target-driven, commercially minded, and highly motivated.
