Senior Electrical Engineer

ABOUT THE POSITION.

To be successful in this role, you will need a solid track record of leading electrical building services projects from concept through to delivery. Your technical expertise will underpin every stage of the design process from early-stage concepts to detailed documentation and on-site execution. Your leadership capabilities will bring out the best in those around you, keeping teams aligned, clients confident, and projects on track.

DUTIES.

• Lead electrical design across a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, education, aged care and health projects
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively
• Conduct design reviews and site inspections to ensure quality and compliance
• Produce detailed technical specifications, drawings and project documentation
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to graduate and junior engineers
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders
• Mentor and develop graduate and junior engineers, playing an active role in their growth

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• A proven track record leading projects within a Building Services consultancy
• CPEng accreditation (highly regarded)
• Hands-on experience with industry software including AGi32, PowerCAD, DIALux, Revit, and Bluebeam
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver with confidence
