About the Role As a Technical Lead,

you will play a critical role in delivering end-to-end Oracle Retail Cloud solutions, working across design, implementation, integration, and optimisation. You will lead technical discussions, guide delivery teams, and ensure scalable, high-performance solutions across the Oracle Retail ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical and functional workshops with stakeholders
- Design and deliver Oracle Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service (MFCS) solutions
- Provide end-to-end architecture and technical leadership across Oracle Retail Cloud implementations
- Define integration strategies across retail systems (OMS, RWMS, Xstore, OROB, etc.)
- Drive solution design, estimation, and technical specifications
- Conduct quality assurance and performance/load testing
- Assess system impacts and ensure seamless delivery of new functionality
- Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams and client stakeholders
- Contribute hands-on to development, configuration, and integration
- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance
- 10+ years in IT with strong Oracle Retail Cloud Applications experience
- Proven experience with:
- MFCS (Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service)
- SACS (Sales Audit Cloud Service)
- IMCS (Invoice Matching Cloud Service)
- RPCS (Retail Pricing Cloud Service)
- 2–3 full lifecycle Oracle Retail Cloud implementations (minimum 1–2 in a Technical Lead role)
- Deep understanding of Oracle Retail Cloud architecture and business processes
- Strong experience across:
- Implementation, configuration, deployment, and integration
- Data conversion using Oracle Retail Data Converter
- Hands-on expertise in:
- PL/SQL, Forms, Pro*C, batch processing
- Web services (SOAP/REST APIs)
- Strong integration experience across the Oracle Retail ecosystem
- Experience with cloud integration frameworks (OIC, ODI, BDI) – desirable
- Experience with SIOCS – desirable
- 5+ years of retail domain experience
- Strong understanding of end-to-end retail processes and systems
- Experience with migration, upgrades, or re-platforming projects is highly regarded
