Required Skills:

• Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project or similar)
• Solid understanding of engineering principles relevant to the industry (civil, mechanical, electrical, or related fields)
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Problem-solving mindset with proactive troubleshooting abilities

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and compliance regulations
• Certification such as PMP or other project management credentials
• Experience working with cross-functional teams or in a multidisciplinary environment

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant project engineering experience
• Prior experience in the industry or with similar project scopes is highly desirable

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel as needed to project sites
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain any necessary security clearances or certifications
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality standards
