Senior PMO Specialist / PMO Lead (Ad Technology)

A Global IT Service firm is seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Senior PMO Specialist / PMO Lead to play a pivotal role in driving strategic execution and continuous improvement within the Global Ad Technology Supervisory Department (GATD). This position will be responsible for leading and facilitating the planning, promotion, and ideation of common improvement initiatives and complex strategic projects across multiple organizations. This role requires an individual who can thrive in uncertain and evolving environments, understand diverse stakeholder perspectives, and drive initiatives steadily through to successful completion while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate the planning, promotion, and ideation stages of common improvement initiatives and strategic cross-functional projects
- Continuously identify challenges and issues faced by cross-functional teams and strategically propose approaches to achieve organizational goals
- Skillfully involve and align stakeholders across multiple organizations, time zones, and cultures to ensure successful project execution
- Lead initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring timely and effective delivery
- Implement and mature project management governance models tailored for a global, fast-paced environment
- Provide support, tools, and training to project teams across different regions, fostering consistent and high-quality project delivery
- Optimize portfolio management processes for efficient resource allocation and robust risk mitigation
- Ensure clear alignment between project execution and strategic business objectives, translating vision into tangible outcomes
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across project and program delivery functions
- Collaborate closely with internal organizations and GATD stakeholders to deliver high-impact business outcomes

Required skills:
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in Project Management, Program Management, or a PMO role within a technology-driven company
- Proven experience in establishing and maturing PMO processes, governance frameworks, and best practices
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects involving distributed global teams
- Strong understanding of various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid) and when to apply them
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority across diverse cultures and seniority levels
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, Microsoft Project)
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required due to the global nature of our teams

Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Flextime or staggered working hours possible)
Work Style: Hybrid (Typically 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home)
