AI Consultant

An Insurance firm is seeking an AI Consultant to join a global insurance company and play a key role in driving AI adoption, governance, and data-driven transformation across the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical AI risk assessments to ensure the safe and responsible deployment of AI initiatives
- Enhance AI risk frameworks in response to evolving business needs, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements
- Monitor AI projects and provide reporting to senior leadership
- Lead the advancement of AI governance while ensuring alignment with global risk management frameworks
- Support the implementation and rollout of AI platforms built on Databricks Mosaic AI and Microsoft Azure
- Provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to business users leveraging AI and machine learning solutions
- Act as a champion for enterprise-wide AI adoption and contribute to the development of new AI use cases
- Lead AI and data initiatives within the insurance industry, from business problem identification and solution design through model development and implementation
- Deliver predictive analytics, automation solutions, and other AI-driven applications while considering regulatory requirements and risk management standards
- Drive projects that create measurable business value and operational efficiency

Required skills:
- Strong interest in emerging AI technologies and a passion for applying AI to solve business challenges
- Development experience using Python or similar programming languages
- Experience developing AI applications and/or machine learning systems
