Skilled Labourer

JV Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Skilled Construction Labourers to join a variety of commercial and residential construction projects across the Gold Coast.

We have immediate starts available, with ongoing work and long-term opportunities for reliable candidates. You'll be working alongside experienced tradespeople on well-established sites, assisting with skilled labouring tasks while helping keep projects running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting qualified tradespeople on-site
• Operating a range of hand and power tools
• Site preparation, clean-up and material handling
• Working closely with site supervisors and project teams
• Completing tasks safely and efficiently with minimal supervision

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 12 months' construction labouring experience
• Confident using hand and power tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Good understanding of site safety procedures

What's On Offer

• $36.67–$40 per hour + Superannuation
• $22.41 Daily Travel Allowance
• Meal Allowance after 9.5-hour shifts
• Penalty Rates including time-and-a-half and double time for overtime
• Weekly pay!

Essential Requirements

• Construction White Card
• Full Australian working rights
• Own reliable transport (highly desirable but not essential)
• Full PPE
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening if required
