Location: Brookshire / Katy Area

Pay Rate: $16.25 / hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – Finish (Overtime Opportunities Available!)

Position Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working, and experienced Forklift Operator to join a fast-paced distribution facility in the area! If you are looking for a long-term position with a stable schedule and a path to direct hire, this is the job for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate power industrial forklifts to load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the warehouse floor.

  • Perform order picking, stocking, and inventory replenishment in a timely manner.

  • Conduct daily equipment safety checks prior to operation.

  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed to ensure smooth facility operations.

  • Adhere strictly to all warehouse safety rules, guidelines, and procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Prior, hands-on experience operating industrial forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment is required.

  • Physical Stamina: Must be comfortable with the physical demands of a warehouse setting, including frequent lifting, bending, reaching, and standing throughout the shift.

  • Flexibility: Must be able to work from 9:00 AM until the shift finish daily, including overtime as needed.

  • Reliability: Proven record of great attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
