They are looking for an Ingénieur Technico Commercial (Technical Sales Engineer) to commercialise their medical devices across a defined sector in France.
The opportunity
This is a strategic, field based role that sits at the intersection of B2B sales, medical expertise and clinical support. You will manage your own geographic sector, driving revenue across public hospitals (CHU and CH) and private clinics.
Depending on the business unit assigned, you will sell and support highly technical equipment:

This is not an office based job. A major part of the role is spent in the operating room, providing real time, expert technical support to surgeons, gastroenterologists and biomedical engineers.
What you will be doing
- Managing the complete sales cycle across your sector, from prospecting through to high level negotiation and closing
- Responding to complex public hospital tenders
- Driving revenue across CHU, CH and private clinics, and building long term relationships with key accounts
- Providing expert technical support in the operating room to surgeons, gastroenterologists and biomedical engineers
- Demonstrating equipment and onboarding healthcare staff on new imaging technologies
- Organising workshops that ensure clinical safety and the best possible use of the products
- Keeping accurate CRM records, forecasting reliably and sharing insight on market and competitor activity
What we are looking for
- Fluent French and English
- Situated within the sector region
- An engineering, biomedical or scientific degree, or equivalent experience
- 3 to 5 years of successful field sales experience in medical devices, ideally endoscopy, surgical or urology equipment
- Experience managing the full sales cycle, including public hospital tenders
- Confidence working in the operating room and providing real time technical support
- Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship building skills
- Self motivated and well organised, comfortable working autonomously
- Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- A valid driving licence (permis B)
Backgrounds that would suit this role
Endoscopy or video imaging, laparoscopy and surgical visualisation, energy devices, urology, pneumology or ENT equipment, biomedical engineering, clinical application specialist roles, or hospital based territory management.
Why apply?
You will join a global market leader with a portfolio that clinicians rely on every day, real ownership of your sector, and a role that combines commercial success with hands on clinical impact.
