Description: The Business Analyst – Manufacturing Operations is responsible for collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting manufacturing and supply chain data to drive operational performance across a regulated medical device manufacturing environment. This role serves as a key business partner to Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Engineering, and Materials Management teams by utilizing SAP ERP and Siemens Manufacturing Execution System (MES) data to identify trends, improve visibility, and support data-driven decision making.
The position requires strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, and experience with manufacturing systems to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify opportunities for improvement, and develop executive-level dashboards and reports that support plant objectives.
