Contract: 6 months + likely extension
Location: Brisbane CBD (Hybrid work)
Required skills and competencies:
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, contribute to team outcomes, and foster a high-performance culture.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills with experience managing complex business challenges and risks.
- Experience applying business transformation, continuous improvement, and design thinking methodologies (HCD, Service Design, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Waterfall).
- Proven ability to build stakeholder relationships, influence outcomes, and facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including business case development, reporting, and presentations.
