Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – High-End Residential – Aldgate, London – Up to £48,000 + Package - No Call Out! 

Exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based at a high-end residential portfolio in Aldgate, London. CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to work on a static site, carrying out both planned preventative and reactive maintenance across all mechanical and building services systems.

The successful candidate will be mechanically qualified with a strong background in commercial or residential building maintenance and a good understanding of general building services. Hours of Work:

 - Monday to Friday
 - 08:00 am – 17:00 pm


Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across all mechanical plant and building services
• Monitor and maintain pumps, motors, valves, and associated mechanical equipment
• Carry out plumbing duties including unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers, and minor pipework repairs
• Maintain and service AHUs and FCUs including filter changes, cleaning, and general maintenance
• Carry out water treatment tasks including hot & cold temperature monitoring
• Monitor and operate BMS systems including heating and cooling checks
• Maintain and update site logbooks and compliance paperwork
• Carry out general building fabric maintenance when required
• Diagnose faults across mechanical and building services systems and proactively resolve issues
• Work closely within a multi-skilled maintenance team to ensure smooth operation of the site
• Assist with minor project works and provide information for maintenance quotations when required
• Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations and company procedures
• Maintain a professional and client-facing approach at all times

Package:

• Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum

Requirements:

• Mechanically qualified – City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
• Proven track record in commercial or residential building maintenance
• Multi-skilled with a strong understanding of general building services
• Good communication and client-facing skills
• Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates
