In this role, you will be a vital part of a multi-disciplinary team, taking responsibility for the sterile field and assisting during various surgical procedures. Your focus will be on maintaining the highest safety standards and ensuring efficient theatre flow through meticulous preparation and teamwork. To be successful, you must hold a Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration. We are looking for a Registered Nurse with a proactive "can-do" attitude and the ability to thrive under pressure in a busy theatre setting. While prior experience in scrub scout nursing is preferred, we highly value strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to patient-centred care and quality improvement.
