St. Croix Health, in beautiful St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin has been around for over 100 years. It is a thriving, community focused outpatient practice in beautiful Wisconsin and they are growing! This is an opportunity to practice full scope family medicine in a supportive environment with an exceptional work life balance at one of their three clinic locations.
Position Highlights:
• 4 day workweek
• 16-18 patients per day
• Visiting specialists available to support the FM team
• Brand new, modern clinics with up to date technology
• New hospital opening in early 2028!
Compensation & Benefits:
• Two year guaranteed salary $325K+
• $100K sign on bonus
• Relocation assistance
• 4 weeks of vacation
• 2 weeks of CME
Location:
• Opportunities in St. Croix Falls, Webster and Frederic, Wisconsin- All charming communities in western Wisconsin
• Affordable housing and excellent locations to raise a family
• Convenient access to multiple international and regional airports- just a short drive to the Twin Cities and Duluth.
• Small town living with big life amenities: hiking, biking, snowmobiling, fishing, museums, dining, and more
