📍 Inner CBD office location, close to tram and train station

📅 3-month contract, ASAP Start

⏰ 2.5 days per week, Tuesday onsite required

About the Opportunity



Davidson Technology Consulting is seeking an experienced Project / Test Reporting Analyst to support a key technology delivery program. This role will focus on project governance, reporting and testing visibility, ensuring stakeholders have accurate and timely information on project progress, testing outcomes, risks and issues.




This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst, Test Coordinator or Project Support professional who enjoys working in a structured delivery environment and has strong reporting capabilities.



Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute project and testing status reports
  • Track test execution progress, defects, risks, issues and dependencies
  • Maintain project documentation, governance artefacts and reporting dashboards
  • Support project meetings, action tracking and stakeholder communications
  • Gather reporting inputs from project and testing teams
  • Monitor project deliverables and follow up outstanding actions
  • Produce reporting and insights using Azure DevOps



Skills & Experience

  • Experience in Project Coordination, PMO, Project Administration or Project Support roles
  • Experience supporting project reporting and governance activities
  • Exposure to testing environments, test coordination or test reporting
  • Strong written communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail



Desirable

  • Experience working on technology, transformation or software delivery projects
  • Understanding of SIT, UAT, regression testing and defect management
  • Experience supporting Project Managers and Test Leads
