- Part time, 2 days a week, 6 hours per day - you choose
- Can be flexible with start and finish times

About The Company

The Role
Situated within the Finance Team, you will be responsible for full function Accounts Payable including:
- Enter and process invoices into MYOB
- Prepare payments to suppliers
- Liaise and set up new uppliers & vendors
- Attend to accounts payable queries
- Document mangement and other AP related tasks
- General administration such as answering phones, greeting visitors and maintain office supplies
To be successful for this position, you will need…
- Proven experience in a Accounts Payable role
- Experience with Accounting systems such as MYOB
- Strong accuracy attention to detail
- Excellent time management, organisation skills and the ability to self manage
- Have a "can-do" and enthusiastic attitude
