A world’s leading Insurance service provider, is looking for a bilingual Business Analyst to support the migration of claims applications from Pega and IBM Case Manager to Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
The Business Analyst will work closely with business users, project managers, developers, and vendor teams to understand current processes, define requirements, and support successful delivery of the new solution.

Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business and functional requirements
- Conduct workshops and requirement discussions with business stakeholders
- Analyze and document current (ASIS) business processes and workflows
- Define futurestate (TO-BE) processes for Microsoft Power Platform solutions
- Create BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and business rules documentation
- Analyze existing functionality in Pega and IBM Case Manager
- Identify and document business rules, approvals, notifications, validations, and workflow processes
- Support migration of claims workflows to Power Apps and Power Automate
- Perform gap analysis between current and futurestate solutions
- Ensure business, audit, compliance, and security requirements are maintained
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams
- Coordinate with project managers, developers, QA teams, and vendors
- Track requirements, issues, risks, and open questions
- Define acceptance criteria and support UAT activities
- Review test scenarios and validate business requirements
- Support defect analysis and issue resolution
- Ensure requirements are fully traceable through delivery

Required Skills:
- Experience as a Business Analyst on enterprise application projects
- Strong experience in: Requirements gathering / Business process analysis / Functional documentation / Workshop facilitation / Stakeholder management
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, and defect management.
- Ability to create: BRDs / Functional Specifications / Process Maps / User Stories / Traceability Matrices
- Experience with workflow or case management applications
- Understanding of: Pega Platform / IBM Case Manager / Microsoft Power Apps / Microsoft Power Automate
- Experience working on application migration or modernization projects
- Familiarity with system integrations and enterprise applications

Working Hours:  9:00 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri) 
Working Style: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)
