Key responsibilities include:
- Leading project engineering activities across multiple workstreams
- Coordinating engineering, construction, and contractor interfaces
- Driving project outcomes and solving execution challenges
- Managing risks, priorities, and project delivery requirements
- Supporting studies, development activities, and project execution phases
- Working closely with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Providing technical leadership across multidisciplinary project teams
- Proven experience in brownfields, refurbishment, expansion, or mine start-up projects
- Strong project engineering capability within mining, minerals processing, or heavy industry environments
- Experience operating within lean owner's teams
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic and evolving project environments
- Strong commercial awareness and practical decision-making skills
- Broad technical knowledge across multiple engineering disciplines
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Exposure to leaching or hydrometallurgical operations
- Experience supporting feasibility studies, detailed engineering, and execution phases
- Background working across both engineering and project delivery functions
