About the Role

We’re seeking a hands-on Electrical Engineer to support and improve the reliability of plant electrical systems in a manufacturing environment. This is a facility-based maintenance engineering role (not external job sites) working alongside maintenance, production, and automation teams to minimize downtime and keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Plant Electrical Systems: Support, maintain, and improve power distribution, control panels, and facility-wide electrical systems

• Troubleshooting & Reliability: Diagnose failures and implement long-term solutions to reduce downtime

• Maintenance Engineering Support: Partner with technicians to improve PM strategies and eliminate chronic issues

• Controls & Automation: Support PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and control systems for production equipment

• Upgrades & Retrofits: Assist with equipment modifications, panel upgrades, and new machinery integration

• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain schematics and support NEC, NFPA 70E, and OSHA compliance

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with operations and leadership to improve safety and performance

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, safety, and system reliability

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field)

• Experience: 3+ years in a manufacturing or industrial plant environment

• Technical Focus:

  • PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, control circuits

  • Motor controls & power distribution

  • Electrical troubleshooting in production settings

• Software: AutoCAD Electrical or similar

• On-site Requirement: Comfortable working on the plant floor

• Location Requirement: Must be located in or able to commute to Tulsa, OK

Schedule & Work Environment

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Travel: Occasional between local facilities only

• Environment: Office + production floor

• Requirements: PPE including steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection
