Practice in a modern, 5-star hospital & Level II Trauma Center equipped w/ advanced technology, including EPIC EMR & robotic surgical capabilities. You’ll work alongside a team of fellowship-trained specialists in hand, sports medicine, & adult reconstruction, supported by 24/7 hospitalist coverage to ensure seamless patient care.

Practice Highlights
• Balanced schedule w/ 2 days in the OR & 2 days in clinic
• Dedicated clinic time focused on hand, elbow, & shoulder care
• Integrated care model w/ clinic, OR, ED, & inpatient services all under one roof
• Strong referral base across a multi-hospital system
• Dedicated 1:1 APP support plus athletic trainers & occupational therapists
• Highly skilled OR staff committed to efficiency & exceptional outcomes

Compensation & Incentives
• 2-year guaranteed base salary of $700K
• Proven earning potential exceeding $900K+ w/ quality incentives
• $100K sign-on bonus & $20K relocation support
• PSLF eligible
