• Join an established Women's Health practice with immediate patient volume and the opportunity to quickly build a busy practice
• OB-focused position with approximately 20+ deliveries per month and flexibility to customize your OB/GYN mix
• Shared call of only 1:8 with support from a collaborative community of local OBGYN physicians
• No inpatient responsibilities with 24/7 APP coverage in Labor & Delivery and around-the-clock Level III NICU support
• Flexible 4-day or 4.5-day workweek with post-call recovery time and access to robotic surgery if desired
• Competitive compensation package including $400K+ guaranteed salary, realistic earning potential exceeding $550K, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, loan repayment, comprehensive benefits, and malpractice with tail coverage
