We’re working with a leading civil contractor who is looking to add an experienced Leading Hand / Foreman to their team on the Sunshine Coast.

The business has a strong pipeline of civil infrastructure work, including TMR projects, and is looking for someone who can take ownership on site and help drive projects through to completion.

The Role
  • Lead crews across civil and infrastructure projects
  • Work across major road and TMR projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, plant and labour
  • Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to program
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and wider site team
  • Maintain high standards across quality and site compliance
About You
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil construction
  • Previous experience as a Leading Hand or Foreman
  • Strong background in civil infrastructure and/or TMR projects
  • Confident leading crews and coordinating site activities
  • Strong understanding of safety, quality and project delivery
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Based on or willing to work on the Sunshine Coast
