Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple subdivision projects from commencement through to completion
- Lead Site Supervisors, site crews, and subcontractors across several project fronts
- Drive safety, quality, productivity, and programme outcomes
- Liaise with Project Managers, engineers, and key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Proven experience in a General Foreman, Senior Supervisor, or similar leadership role
- Strong background delivering large-scale residential subdivision projects
- Extensive knowledge of civil infrastructure and land development works
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple work fronts simultaneously
- $180,000 – $190,000 + Super + Vehicle + Excellent Benefits
