Starting pay: $22.00/h - $30.00/h

Job May Include:

  • New construction and remodel work in residential or commercial settings
  • Installing siding, soffit, fascia, trim, and other exterior finishes
  • Window and door exterior trim installation
  • Weatherproofing, flashing, house wrap, and exterior prep work
  • Working with vinyl, fiber cement, wood, metal, and other siding materials
  • Use of proper equipment/tools for cutting, fastening, and installation
  • Ladder, lift, and scaffold work as needed
  • Other tasks appointed by foreman

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in exterior carpentry, siding, or related construction work
  • Possess basic hand tools
  • Driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Understanding of safety on construction sites
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Must be reliable and able to take direction
